Kevin is a 33-year-old age-group athlete with over 17 years of experience in competitive triathlon and fitness coaching. His journey into triathlon did not start with a master plan. After many years of playing ball sports, he discovered triathlon at sixteen - without really knowing what the sport was about. He simply went out, trained consistently, and focused on improving his endurance. Back then, he could not even run three kilometres without stopping. But he was curious, motivated, and willing to learn.
Over the years, Kevin explored different distances - not only in triathlon, but also in running and cycling. Like many athletes, he eventually hit a plateau. Progress slowed down. He felt constantly tired, struggled to maintain an easy pace, and lacked a clear plan for how to improve or prepare properly for races.
Everything changed when he met inspiring athletes and experienced coaches who guided him along the way. He learned what effective training really means: choosing the right intensities, balancing workload with recovery, and training with purpose instead of just training more. The result was sustainable progress, better performance, and becoming faster while feeling stronger.
Having achieved most of his personal goals, Kevin now shares his experience to help other athletes avoid wasted time and unproductive training. His mission is to support you in building an effective, structured training approach - one that helps you reach your full potential without burning out.
